Description
Annual internship for college level students of Horticulture or related field. Applicant must have demonstrated interest in horticulture through specialized coursework or practical experience. Student must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. River Farm interns work with the professional staff maintaining gardens and the buildings. The duration of AHS internships is three to six months, and compensation is $8.00/hour. College credit may be arranged by the student and is encouraged. Due dates are November 1 for Winter/Spring, March 1 for Summer, and July 1 for Fall. Number of awards and award amount varies.
